CCTA is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization dedicated to monitoring and reporting key issues to the taxpayers; assuring accountability of how tax dollars are spent and pointing out the expenditures, that are not in the best interest of the citizens for resolutions and corrective action.   Our organization relies soley on membership fees and contributions to get the message out to Craven, Carteret and Pamilco North Carolina residents.
